It’s believed Championship duo Reading and QPR are also monitoring the youngster.
Barnet, relegated from League Two last season, want Pascal to renew his contract.
But bigger clubs are eyeing a deal which would involve training compensation rather than a transfer fee.
Should the Light Blues follow up their interest, Pascal would go straight into the development squad.
