Leeds United chairman Andrea Radrizzani has called for the formation of a ‘Premier League 2′ to form instead of the Championship.

His argument stems down to TV rights, something Leeds feel they have been treated unfairly over for several seasons.

The bottom club in the Premier League receives a guaranteed £100 million in Premier League TV rights, whereas Leeds earned just £7.5 million in 2017 under the EFL deal.

The Italian stated the current system ‘doesn’t work’.
